Dual accreditation for ABQ International Schools

We are proud to share some incredible news – all three ABQ’s international schools have been accredited by the Council of British International Schools (COBIS)! This makes our schools the ONLY schools in Oman to hold dual accreditation from both COBIS and the Council of International Schools (CIS).

COBIS represents over 400 schools and organisations worldwide. This prestigious recognition ensures our schools meet the highest international standards and demonstrates the exceptional quality of education your children receive.

It stands as a testament to the dedication of our teaching and admin staff, the hard work of our students, and your unwavering support as parents. It reflects the strength of the partnership between our school and families, affirming our shared commitment to providing a world-class education.

This achievement comes as ABQ proudly celebrates 35 years of academic excellence in Oman. Over the years, we have grown into a vibrant community of over 3,500 students, 450 staff members, three internationally accredited schools, one private school, and four nurseries. Representing 85 nationalities, ABQ truly embodies the spirit of internationalism and unity.
