ABQ Art Students Make Proud First Showing at Muscat Art Exhibition

Date Posted: Saturday 08 November 2025

Muscat, Oman — For the first time, art students from ABQ Education Group’s three international schools — ABQ Azzan Bin Qais, ABQ Seeb, and ABQ Sohar — have come together to participate in a major art exhibition in Muscat, marking a milestone in both the schools’ commitment to holistic education and their engagement with the wider arts community.

The exhibition, hosted recently in Muscat, showcased a diverse array of student artwork, all carefully selected and prepared by ABQ’s dedicated art teachers. The participation represents a proud moment for the ABQ community: not only are students being encouraged to express themselves creatively, but they are also given opportunities to see their work exhibited to the public and to engage with the local art scene.

The art exhibition also carried a charitable dimension: works by ABQ students were made available for sale, and all proceeds will be donated to charity. This aligns with ABQ’s values of social responsibility and “we care,” turning students’ creative expressions into real-world impact.

Art educators at ABQ played a central role in nurturing student talent, guiding them through the creative process and encouraging them to engage meaningfully with their own ideas. Their commitment to embedding beauty and self-expression into students’ daily lives reflects the school’s broader mission: to educate not just academically, but as whole people.

For the ABQ community, this event is more than just a gallery showing — it’s a statement. It demonstrates that ABQ Education Group is serious about providing students with real, meaningful opportunities beyond the classroom. By merging education, creativity, and service, the school is fostering well-rounded young people who understand the power of art to connect and heal.
