• Developed the first standardised school operator model in Oman, The ABQ Way
• First CIS (Council of International School) and COBIS (Council of British International School) accredited schools in Oman
• Developed the first career guidance/21st-century skills development programme in Oman, Discovering You Program (DYP)
• Established the first GED outcome improvement programme, GEDx, for students in Oman
• Introduced the first Arabic Excellence Programme, Mobeen, in Oman
