Documents Needed
The Ministry of Education requires the following documentation to be provided along with your enrolment form:
- Utility bill (as proof of address)
- Signing on the registration terms and conditions
- School Fee Confirmation Form
- Student’s Passport Copy
- Father and Mother’s Passport & ID Copies
- Valid Visa Page and Resident Card Copies for Non-Omani Students
- Valid Visa Page and Resident Card copy for Non-Omani Parents
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Birth Certificate copy
- Health Card Copy
- Ministry of Health Medical form for Grade 1
- Any Other Relevant Medical Report
- MOE Portal Transfer Letter from the previous school
- Copy of student’s Academic Reports for the last two years
- For Non-Omani students and Omani students who studied overseas, all official documents should be stamped by their Embassy and the Omani Foreign Affairs Ministry
- Equalisation letter from the Ministry of Education for overseas students and community school
