We treasure your commitment to our school and as a token of our appreciation, you can now earn back up to 100% of your child’s tuition fees by referring new families to ABQ Al Imtiaz Private School.

ABQ Education Group is the leading international school operator in Oman today. However, we only got here due to the confidence and loyalty of our parent community. The Al Imtiaz Referral Programme is our way of thanking you for entrusting us with the education of your child.

By simply introducing a new family or friend to ABQ Al Imtiaz Private School, you can earn OMR 100 for each child you refer as a credit to your account. Not only this, but the parent of the child you refer will also receive a fee discount of OMR 100.

With this referral programme, you can earn up to 100% of your child’s annual tuition fees as a referral credit.

How it works

You are a registered parent at ABQ Al Imtiaz Private School. You refer your friend, Mr Al Kamil to our school. Your friend successfully enrols his two children at Al Imtiaz in Grades 1 and 4. You as the referrer, will now receive a Referral Programme credit of OMR 200 which will be credited to your family account and used to pay your child’s tuition fees. In addition, Mr Al Kamil will also receive a fee discount of OMR 200 against the tuition fees of his children.

Once you are ready to refer a child to ABQ Al Imtiaz Private School, please take the following steps:

Go to the school’s Parent Portal and click….
Fill in the details of the parent and child you are referring
You and the referred parent will receive a confirmation email
You can check the admission status of the referred child on the portal
Once the referred child is admitted and 50% of the fees are paid, both you and the new parent will get the referral credit in your family account

Terms & Conditions

1. The referred child should not currently be attending an ABQ Group School.
2. For each referred child successfully enrolled, you will receive a one-time referral credit of OMR 100 as a credit to your Family account, which must be used to pay your child’s tuition fees at ABQ Al Imtiaz Private School.
3. The referrer must be a parent with a child or children already attending an ABQ Al Imtiaz Private School.
4. Referrals must be submitted online via the Parent Portal prior to registration and admission.

5. Referral rewards are credited to the referrer once-
a. the registration of the referred child/ren is completed successfully

b. at least 50% of the tuition fees have been paid by the referred
6. Referral rewards are not applicable to siblings of existing ABQ Al Imtiaz Private School.
7. Multiple referrals of the same student will be rewarded on a first referred, first rewarded basis.
8. Referrals must be for families without any children already enrolled at an ABQ Education Group school.
9. Al Imtiaz Referral credits cannot be transferred to others or encashed.
10.Referral rewards will be calculated pro rata if a student joins during a school year.
11.Referral admissions are subject to the school’s admission and assessment policies and procedures.
12.ABQ Education Group reserves the right to withdraw or change the terms of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
13.In case of any dispute, the decision of ABQ Education Group Management will be final.
14. The maximum referred discount cannot exceed the annual tuition fees of the referrer’s children in ABQ Al Imtiaz Private School .
15.Both the referrer and referred parents will be given the credit to their account after 50% of the tuition fees are paid by the new family.
16.ABQ Education Group staff are not eligible to participate in this programme.
